Real healing starts here.

Here’s what I can help with

  • Hashimoto's, hypothyroidism, or chronic inflammation
  • SIBO, IBS, IBD, chronic bloating, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, heartburn, or food sensitivities
  • PMOS, PMS, PMDD, missing or irregular periods
  • Acne, eczema, or psoriasis
  • Chronic low energy or fatigue
  • Joint pain
  • Having “normal” labs while knowing something still feels wrong
  • Eating healthy, working out, taking supplements, and still not feeling better

I believe you.

You’ve probably spent enough time wondering if it’s bad enough, weird enough, or obvious enough for someone to take seriously. No more of that. If something feels off, that’s enough for me. We’re figuring it out.

You don’t need a diagnosis or to prove how bad it is.

get started

Root-cause nutrition coaching, or functional nutrition, is the opposite of treating each symptom like its own random problem. Instead, we look for the underlying imbalances, deficiencies, stressors, and patterns that help explain why those symptoms are happening in the first place. That means looking at your symptoms, health history, labs, routines, stress, food, cycle, sleep, all of it, because just managing the symptom doesn’t answer the bigger question: why is it happening? That’s what we’re here to do.

Bloating, painful periods, acne, fatigue, constipation, food reactions, hormonal imbalances, and thyroid symptoms can feel like separate problems, but your body doesn’t work in isolated parts.

What is root-cause nutrition coaching?

Here’s how we figure out
what your body’s been asking for...

the process

Assess

This gives me the full picture of what daily life is actually like for you, not a rushed “everything looks normal” version.

step 1

First, we go deep into your health history, symptoms, routines, food, stress, cycle, digestion, sleep, what you’ve already tried, and what hasn’t worked.

Test

Your coaching program includes GI-MAP stool testing. We’ll discuss the bloodwork needed for your case and potential additional functional testing, too.

step 2

Then we use functional lab testing to gather real data instead of guessing.

Build

While your labs are processing, we have your first session to discuss how you can begin supporting the foundations your body needs to respond well: meal structure, meal timing, blood sugar balance, daily habits, sleep, movement, and lifestyle rhythms.

step 3

Lab results take time, but we don’t just sit around waiting for answers.

From there, I’ll build your personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocol around your labs, symptoms, goals, routines, and capacity.

step 4

Once your results are in, we’ll spend a full hour walking through them together so you understand what’s happening in your body and why it matters.

Review + Personalize

Implement + Adjust

Healing happens in a specific order, and part of my job is knowing what needs to come first, what can wait, and when your protocol needs to shift.

step 5

Then we put the plan into practice, track your symptoms, meet regularly, and make adjustments as your body responds.

let's get started

You are supported between sessions, too.

quick questions,
symptom shifts,
supplement confusion,
restaurant menus,
“is this normal?” moments,
and the wins we absolutely need to celebrate
(like getting your period back after missing it for years).

You’ll have direct chat access to me for:

And you won’t wait a week for a response,
you’ll get it in 48 hours or less.

Frequently Asked Questions

01

What happens after I apply?

After you fill out the application, you’ll book a complimentary 30-minute call. We’ll talk through your symptoms, health history, goals, what you’ve already tried, and whether Truly Well is the right fit for you.

02

What does "functional nutrition" actually mean?

It means we're looking for the why, not just managing what's on the surface. Functional nutrition uses testing and a whole-person approach to understand what’s contributing to your symptoms, so we can address the root instead of covering it up, managing it forever, or forcing you to keep eating around it.

03

Why do you require a 4-month commitment?

Because gut and hormone healing takes time. Four months is what it takes to run the right tests, build a solid foundation, put a protocol in place, and actually see your body respond. As cliché as it sounds, the problem didn’t happen overnight. The solution won’t either.

04

How much does the program cost?

$3,900, with the option to pay in full or in four monthly payments of $975. I accept all credit cards, HSA, and FSA.

05

Do you accept insurance?

No. But HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and required bloodwork may be coverable through your plan.

06

Is this program restrictive?

The opposite. I use an "addition nutrition" approach: we focus on bringing more in, not cutting things out. Restrictive diets don't fix the root cause, and honestly, they add more stress to a body that's already under stress. My clients are busy. The goal is to make your life simpler, not harder.

07

What lab testing is included?

Every client gets a GI-MAP stool test. Bloodwork is required for all clients but not included in the package. I leave it out so you have the chance to get it covered through insurance first. Additional testing (DUTCH hormone testing, mold testing, Organic Acids Test (OAT), and others) may be recommended depending on your specific case and symptoms.

08

Is the protocol only about food?

No. After every session, you get action items across three areas: nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation. Lifestyle includes your morning and evening routines, sleep, movement, stress, and nervous system support. What you eat matters, and so does everything else that affects how your body functions. We’re addressing all of it.

09

Where is Truly Well Nutrition located and do you work virtually?

Truly Well Nutrition is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and I work virtually with clients all over the United States.

10

What conditions or symptoms does Truly Well Nutrition Work with?

I work with women dealing with Hashimoto's, hypothyroidism, chronic inflammation, autoimmunity, SIBO, IBS, IBD, chronic bloating, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, food sensitivities, PMOS, PMS, PMDD, missing or irregular periods, acne, eczema, chronic fatigue, and joint pain. I also work with women who have "normal" labs but still feel off, and women who are eating well, exercising, and taking supplements but still not getting anywhere.

11

Can you help with bloating, constipation, PMS, acne, thyroid symptoms, or irregular periods?

Yes, these are some of the most common symptoms clients come to me with. We’ll look at your digestion, hormones, minerals, bloodwork, stress, nutrition, lifestyle, and functional lab results to understand what’s driving your symptoms and what your body needs next.

12

What happens after the 4 months?

After your initial 4-month commitment, you have the option to continue on, and most clients do. I offer a 3-month, 6-session extension for clients who want to keep going, whether your case is complex and needs more time or you want support as you maintain your results. I’m here to help you keep feeling good.
