This one-skillet dish features pan seared chicken with an almond flour crust in a simple lemon garlic sauce. Nutritional yeast gives a rich, cheesy flavor, without the added fat. Serve over whole-wheat pasta for a nourishing, well-balanced meal.

1/2 cup almond flour (blanched super fine)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp arrowroot starch
2 tbsp lemons
1/4 cup capers
1 onion, sliced
4 tbsp cooking oil, divided (I recommend olive or avocado oil)
