minutesThis sweet and tangy honey mustard chicken salad is great for high-protein lunches and snacks.
1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp whole grain mustard
2 tbsp pure honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup apple, finely diced
2 stalks celery, finely diced
1/4 cup red onion, shallots, or scallions, finely diced
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
