Easy, juicy chicken breasts with no breading required!
This is one of my favorite ways to meal prep chicken that keeps its flavor even days after cooking. The secret? Brining! Brining is salting meat and letting it rest before cooking. I love to keep this prepped in my fridge during the week so I can have protein ready to eat.
