The best way to get crispy chicken wings without frying or adding oil and calories is with the air fryer! Hands down my most used kitchen appliance (yes, even more than an oven). Try out any of these simple marinades and you’ll never want to order them from a restaurant for game day again.

1-2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt, plus more to taste
1/4 tsp pepper, plus more to taste
1/3 cup buffalo sauce (my favorite is the Primal Kitchen brand)
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2/3 cup no sugar added BBQ sauce (I love G Hughes brand)
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
fresh parsley, to garnish

Made these wings last night and they were soooo delish. I used the honey buffalo sauce and it was so addicting. The Primal Kitchen sauce was so good. Thanks for the rec and def adding into the rotation!
