Simple apple cinnamon granola that comes together so quickly! Delicious breakfast or snack option made with rolled oats, dried apple, nuts and naturally sweetened with maple syrup.

One of my favorite breakfast combos

1 cup dried unsweetened apple rings
1/2 cup brazil nuts, chopped
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp fine-grain sea salt
Optional: 1/2 tsp allspice
