My favorite smoothie ever! I’ve been having this as a snack or dessert all summer long. The almond extract gives it that yummy cherry ice cream flavor. It requires minimal ingredients while packing a TON of health benefits. Cherries are anti-inflammatory, improve muscle recovery (hello post workout!), heart healthy & full of antioxidants, including melatonin.

1 cup frozen cherries
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp almond extract (don’t skip this!)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp hemp, chia or flax seeds
1/2 cup milk of choice (plus more depending on desired thickness)
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp cacao powder (makes it chocolate)
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup greek or coconut yogurt
